We recognize that the interest of all is best served when health and safety become an integral part of our operations. We have excellent safety records throughout our entire operation. Our QHSE Policy encompasses Quality, Health, and Environmental Management based on the following principles

HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Concern for the environment, health, and safety conditions in the working environment, by taking into account the specifics of our process, is an integral part of our business and reflects our commitment to the care of our employees and their attitude towards the social environment in which we live and operate. For us, compliance with the relevant legislation represents merely the minimum level to be achieved and improved upon, as evidenced by our HSE program, which, despite its effectiveness, is still being further developed.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

Our high level of environmental awareness ensures a pleasant working environment and good relations with our neighbors.

At Citro Energy, emphasis is on intensive efforts toward sustainable development and environmental management. We also aim for continuous improvement of the working and living conditions of all our employees and the population residing in the vicinity of our activity areas. To this end, our environmental policy and procedures have been developed to conform with the requirements of ISO 14001.

EDUCATION

We encourage hard work and academic excellence in higher institutions through attractive scholarship offers to students. We provide computers, books, and learning materials to selected public schools to enhance the standard of education in the country and ensure a better future for our children. We provide industrial training placements for undergraduates. This enables students to gain hands-on experience with what they have learned at school and enhances their learning during the process and future career potential.

SPORTS

Citro Energy encourages the use of sports as a unique tool for mental and physical development. Citro Energy supports High School Chess Competitions and U-14 Tennis clinics and tournaments annually. We believe that encouraging sports builds unique character and strengthens teamwork.
